1. Shipping Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Used parts may require additional inspection time.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

3. Shipment Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

4. International Shipping
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unmodified, and in the same condition received.

  • Used parts, electrical parts, and special-order components may be non-returnable.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

6. Refunds
Refunds are issued after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
